Extensively trained in the culinary arts, our head chef John has been creating continental cuisine with an American flair at the Sumneytown Hotel since 1991. Having interned through Johnson & Wales and worked abroad in several Italian restaurants, John has constructed a menu showcasing local favorites with a twist.
